Discover my background

I am a workshop trainer and facilitator based in Warsaw, Poland

soft skills | improv theatre | psychology | playfulness | education | design | well-being

I have 5 years of experience as a workshop trainer using theatre and applied improvisation techniques for soft-skills development. Over the past 3 years I have been involved in behavioural science consultancy projects and research design. I work at the meeting point of art, business and science - I teach how a creative mind and body boost productivity and employee well-being.

I am a graduate of interdisciplinary studies in psychology, economics, cognitive and behaviour science and interaction design at University College London (UCL) where I did research on changing sedentary behaviour in offices.

I completed several theatre and improv training courses in Barcelona, London, Padua, Toronto, Los Angeles and Gardzienice.

When I am not doing any of the above you can see me performing improv, dancing lindy hop and tango or completing more than 10k steps during hikes.
